All Creekside Copper products are built in the USA by skilled craftsmen. Each fixture is crafted with high-quality copper, brass, and steel to create beautiful and long-lasting lights. As with anything handcrafted, each of our lanterns is a unique piece and may display very small inconsistencies, like minor color variations and slight measurement differences. These small inconsistencies are to be expected and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Creekside Copper will accept a return on undamaged and uninstalled fixtures within 14 days of date of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, plus a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted on any fixtures that have been ordered with customizations. Order cancellations can only be accepted if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of when the order was placed. Your fixture includes a 1 year warranty on construction and lighting components. The bulb is not included in this warranty.
